In 1993, God led Pastor Robbie to establish Turner Ministries International, Inc. (TMI) a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. TMI was developed for the purpose of loving the un-churched, developing disciples and serving all people. It was 4 years later, in June, that the very first service of Harmony Worship Center Church commenced.

Loving the un-churched: Before becoming shepherds, Pastor Robbie and Chaplain Jan traveled and evangelized in churches and conferences throughout North and Central America. Through TMI, many came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit that would serve as a guidance to them for the rest of their lives. Since that time, people of all ages, nationalities, and backgrounds have received discipleship through the ministry.

Serving all people: The vision of Turner Ministries International has always been about seeing the hurting and the lost restored. Pastor Robbie began supporting a school and orphanage in Haiti through financial gifts, educational materials and clothing. Children, who at one time were considered forgotten, were able to receive these gifts and know that someone out there loved them and wanted them to succeed in life. Together with Mercy Ships, TMI also supports an international mission effort to over 2.42 million people with a focus of providing community development and life-transforming surgeries to developing nations. TMI also made it possible for missionaries to receive the care that they needed, not only spiritually, but physically. They have provided financial support all over the world to missionaries for their personal welfare.
