Pastor Robert Turner, affectionately known as "Pastor Robbie", is founder of Turner Ministries International and Overseer of  Harmony Worship Center Church in Kiefer, Oklahoma. Pastor Robbie Turner along with his wife Jan are graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK. While attending Bible college, Pastor Robbie served in various positions at Rhema Bible Church under Pastor Kenneth Hagin. After having graduated, Pastor Robbie was licensed by Victory Christian Center, under Pastors Billy Joe and Sharon Daughtery. He was ordained by Rev. Dr. Duane Olson through Grace Full Gospel Fellowship of Altus, OK.  Through this ministry he was inducted into the Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches and Ministers International, in Irving, TX under the Founders Dr. Gordon and Freda "mom" Lindsay.

 

While evangelizing, God began a shift over Pastor Robbie's life, it was through this move that he and his wife took a step of faith and established  Harmony Worship Center Church. With this change in ministry by the hand of God, it has opened many doors to fulfill the vision of saturating our world with the uncompromised truth of the gospel message.

 

Pastor Turner and his wife have appeared on TBNs Praise the Lord television show, and have been featured in Charisma, Dimensions Digest and other Christian publications. Pastor Robbie also founded and published a monthly evangelistic newsletter called, the National Circuit Rider, which is distributed all over the world. He and his wife developed Keepers of the Covenant, Vol. 1, a sexual purity curriculum that is being used in large and small ministries alike. As a spiritual father, he takes his leadership role seriously, personally praying for his church members on a daily basis. Since the inception of Harmony Worship Center Church he has made a conscious effort to plant a hunger for personal holiness and for the Word of God within the people he shepherds.


Pastor Robbie is the loving husband of Pastor Jan Turner, father to two adult children and spiritual father to many.

Chaplain Janice Turner, affectionately known as "Chaplain or Pastor Jan" has had the anointing of God upon her life since childhood. Chaplain Jan was mentored by the late Rev. Phillip Jackson as a young minister. It was there that she answered the call as an evangelist and first began traveling and ministering along with prophetic words and as an excellent psalmist throughout the U.S. and abroad.

  

She has a unique ability to reach people in an exciting and effective way: challenging them to change and equipping them to be used in the furtherance of the kingdom of God. In addition to meeting the needs of her own congregation, Chaplain Jan is a sought after preacher, singer, counselor, and diversity trainer.


Chaplain Jan, along with her husband Pastor Robbie, completed her ministerial education at Rhema Bible Training Center. She was ordained and licensed by Reverend Dr. Duane Olson through Grace Fellowship of Altus, OK. Through this ministry she was inducted into the Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches and Ministers International in Irving, TX, under Founder and President Gordon and Freda "Mom" Lindsay. Chaplain Jan received her Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and her Masters Degree in Religious Education from Liberty University. She also received an honorary doctorate from American Bible University. While serving as a chaplain in the Army, Rev. Jan added the role of Chaplain of Community Services with Turner Ministries International, Inc.

  

Together, with her husband Pastor Robbie Turner, they founded Turner Ministries International, Inc. and have given their lives to building up the Body of Christ. Their unique style of ministering the Word of God together has proven effective in encouraging whole congregations to enter into the realm of the Holy Spirit. In fulfilling their vision of saturating America with the uncompromised truth of the Gospel Message, they have appeared on TBNs Praise The Lord show and were featured in Charisma, Dimensions Digest, and other Christian publications. Chaplain Jan has also served as Editor-in-Chief of the National Circuit Rider, an evangelistic newsletter. In addition she is co-author of Keepers of the Covenant: Sexual Purity Curriculum Vol.1, which provides the local church with materials to help raise the standard of personal holiness in the lives of young people and adults.
